It's not. They made the decision to turn Dog Days into MSQ content because of
how much stuff is gated behind it. Since it's now required to complete before you can access the Wayfort where you meet Ryn, her participation in the quest is gone.
It also cuts out that Hethia content that doesn't really fit with what the rest of the game establishes about boer'alvar attitudes toward half-sexed in general and what we learn about one of Ryn's grandmothers in particular (it contains
echos of early-draft stuff that was later changed) so while we lose the ability to see her parley and the way her Confidence can affect that sequence, we also lost a lot of stuff that won't be missed and was probably easier to just cut than to rewrite wholesale.
