Is ruining etheryn a one off scene?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to get the ruin scene more than once for Etheryn. That was an amazing scene to read. If not, will there be other scenes for big schlong characters later down the line for her?

Really? I haven't been able to access it if it is. It works fine for my 12" characters but not the larger ones. I'll mess around with the sizes and see the range for it I guess.
