Is it no longer possible to become a Harpy with a dick?

So I know that in previous public patches it was possible to become a harpy while retaining/regrowing a dick, but in the most recent public patch (0.3.3) no matter what I do I cannot get the appearecne screen to label my race as a harpy without getting rid of my dick. Was this an intentional change or is this a bug?

Harpies are an all female race, so I think this was intentional.
