I mean, they're not a very distinctly sexually dimorphic species. Like with real canines, I'd say. Just use what we have now, ignore any stylistic additions like eyelashes and stuff, hey presto we've got male korgonne.

Except for the notably large tits and feminine figure of the females which typically explains the largest and most notable area of human sexual dimorphism. The descriptions of the female and the males do a rather good job of showing you whether they're, in fact, male or female.
