Interacting with Shizuya on Uveto teleports player to Tarkus

I could not reproduce this the second time around, but the Great Majin was on Uveto, and I went:

Hangar -> Great Majin -> O. Quarters -> Next -> Shizuya -> Fuck -> Get Fucked -> Double Stuff -> Next -> Next -> Next

When the event chain ended, instead of being on the same tile, I was on Tarkus with no option to get back on my ship.
