Inspect Element Console Commands?

I saw a post somewhere on here a couple years ago about a command that would give you any items and can target specific body parts just by using the console, but I think it was removed or drowned out? I mainly do this on a second save, but does anyone know/remember these commands?

Reminds me when I asked if they would add a debug mode like in CoC1 and got a swift reply of "no".
Pretty sure they don't want people freely doing that stuff (yet at least). Closest you might get is utilizing the save editor. But it is currently a bit out of date.
If anything, reference the wiki for how to get the right transforms etc.

Odd, didn't think they would mind that much, especially after how long the post I found ages ago was around for. If it does help jog anyone's memories, all I can remember is the .ITEMS part of the command.
