Increasing Fertility?

I'm wondering if there is a way to increase my character's fertility beyond the perks: Fertile and Fertility+.

Yes, there is also the "Marae's Gift - Fertility" perk. Detailed instructions (and spoilers) are on the wiki.

You can also get piercings using Fertite(?) in Tel'Adre for 1,000 gems
