i accidently refused the quest because i didn't have anno at the time and now i may have locked myself out of getting hellhound syri what flags do i need t to set in the save editor to enable me to get hellhound syri?
Deleting EVENT_WHORIZON_STATE might let you trigger it again.
Setting it to 2 should make the game think you completed it. (I think there might be another requirement.)
