I end up losing to Grywian agent when doin the quest for kase is there a way to still get him as a crewmate or am i screwed?

You can probably use Console commands. Is there a reason you can't load a previous save and come back later at a higher level or with better equipment? Acquiring the Hard Drive isn't timed.

Welp guess i'm screwed up coz kase is removable npc i hope there will be na option to reset his quest line in the future

i end up removing saves from that time i'm on lvl 7 now

Try opening the Console with F12 and typing;
flags["SATELLITE_QUEST"] = 1;
flags["SATELLITE_GRYVAIN_DEFEAT"] = undefined;

If I'm reading this right, that should let you encounter the Agent again and proceed as normal.

might let you meet Kase in Burt's like you turned in the Hard Drive.

Keep a backup save just in case. Or don't save until you verify it works.
