I keep losing my saves

No error message or anything like that, just if I turn my computer off, the saves are sometimes just gone with no trace they were ever there. It's happened 3 times now.

Does it only happen when you turn your computer off? Are you using the browser or install version?

Can you use the Save to File function? That should be safer.

Are you running the browser version of the game? If so, it sounds like something is clearing your browser data. Take a look at the privacy settings on your browser and see if it's possibly been set to something really strict that cleans up cookies and other browser data automatically.

You can get around the problem by saving to a file, which is not nearly as convenient.
