Easiest way I can say this is, I have gone through most of the quest to make her mine (buy her, get her up in obedience) but the problem I have is the cap for obedience seems to be stuck on 60%, I do not know what to do to fix so please help me

If only there was a Dedicated Sera thread you could ask...
Now, iirc, at 60% when Sera's lust at 0 or close to it, when you visit her, it should proc a new scene.
