Second question is the spot on uveto below the masseuse that allows you in. Is it just an empty room? am I supposed to trigger something? Is it a slot for a planned future npc?

You need to exhaust her other talk and her sex options. Miscreant Manor requires at least 1 vagina. The Hunter's Dream should someday be a shop, and also a reference to Bloodborne, I believe.

Hunter's Dream was supposed to be the Uveto weapon shop. Now obsolete after Kinathis wrote the spoder weapon shop.

There's no more discussion about Brandy's disability beyond what's already there because it's not written yet. This is why I'm working on Brandy's expansion first, because as it stands she's an incomplete character.

Someone said they wanted to do something with it, they fell off the face of the Earth some time ago. Unless they come back and mention still working on it, probably scrapped for something different in it's place.
