I am a complete noob and don't know how to get to these locations, or I am an ignorant fool and didn't know I couldn't get there yet; Bull Tower - The Oasis - The Plains (FoE) The Treecity.. I have been playing the game for well over a month or two and I haven't seen or heard about those locations. I have no idea where to go or what to do to get those areas, sadly. I'm sorry if I am wasting anyone's time

Bull Tower is a location you only visit during Cveta related quest.
The Oasis is not yet accesable location just like The Treecity.
The Plains - kinda tricky and think some was mislead while adding it to the wiki but that location is where you go leaving Burrows. Well let say Crossroads seems to be located in Plains so that locaction is not one you can get to more like place where location(s) that you explore is located.
