I can't save at all on both the browser and the offline downloaded version?

It says "You cannot save whilst you are in an interaction or scene." even when I am not in a scene. I even made a new save to be sure it wasn't some update that messed with the game. I still can't save.

I am on version 0.9.054-PUBLIC-ELECTRON#3379.

Downloaded version is Windows.

That seems to be it. Thank you. I guess I have to learn to press F1 instead. Hope this gets patched as that's a weird bug.

It's not really a bug so much as us being careful about when we let you save - because the codex has a lot of submenus that could possibly have weird state side-effects whilst you're halfway through a menu, it's safer to just not allow you to save whilst possibly in any of them. It's the same reason we don't really allow saving mid-scene, because we have way reconstruct the gamestate to that level later, and could thus be left with a save in an unintended state.

"You cannot save your game whist you are in the middle of an interaction, scene or in the Codex"?
