Cuando descargo CoC pero por alguna razón no me deja abrirlo, obtengo un archivo llamado Coc_1.0.2.sfw, ¿necesito hacer otra cosa o es un problema?

I wonder if anyone keeps count of people asking this instead of searching the forum?
Download this app and open flash files with it: https://archive.org/download/adobe-flash-player-projector/flashplayer_32_sa.exe

Me pregunto si alguien lleva la cuenta de las personas que preguntan esto en lugar de buscar en el foro.
Descarga esta aplicación y abre archivos flash con ella: https://archive.org/download/adobe-flash-player-projector/flashplayer_32_sa.exe
I downloaded the app and all I get is a black screen when I play CoC and a blue screen for TiTS.
It's like the game opened but isn't even loading the main menu screen.
Any idea on what I need to do?

My only idea is that the app simply does not have sufficient rights on the system. Try putting it in a firewall exception, or at least run it as administrator.

It seems that you gave an old link to the source code of the game on Github....

The flash file link looks "slightly" different, https://www.fenoxo.com/play/CoC_1.0.2.swf to be precise.

But if you have any problems with uploading an unzipped file, then I created an archive and uploaded it to my google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1C2fCYMHCAkGFBVuKvqFDdmv-EGcAQVbm/view?usp=sharing
By the way, in addition to the file you need, this archive also includes Hn0's Image Pack... I think it's Hn0's, by the time this pack was loaded, I had already lost interest in CoC1 and therefore haven't played much since then.

P.S. A small note about the ability to "save to file". You can specify any directory when saving, but keep in mind that loading from a file is only possible if the save is in the same directory as the game, as far as I remember.
P.P.S. After uploading the archive to Google Drive, it occurred to me that it might be worth adding a couple more potentially useful things to the archive: a save editor and a character viewer (albeit a very rudimentary one). I'll try to do it, but it may take me some time.

Okay, I've downloaded the app for the flash files you provided Baggrin, and I tried using it to run both the flash file and the version you archived, and yet I still get the same black screen from before with the Github code, link, whatever.
I am beginning to wonder if, despite being a newly bought computer, my computer itself is causing the issue. I was able to run it fine on my old laptop that I had for at least 5 years. I wouldn't even care if I had to start with a completely new game, I just want to get it to work because I enjoyed playing it.

Hmm, try running it in compatibility mode with one of the older OSes if you haven't already.

Although I find it somewhat strange that you successfully launched TITS at the same time and could not get CoC1 working.
