You have no idea how many times I've attempted this fight. But still, no matter how hard I try, I still cannot beat him. No matter what weapon or gear I use. His weapons do insane damage, he stuns you, and the two drones with him don't help eaither. And this on easy mode. EASY MODE! Do I need to emphasize the problem here?

Have you utilized the various suggestions in your last post? Most importantly, your stats being half of what they could be?
The juggernauts weapon deals exclusivly kenetic "bullet" damage. So if you have armour with high phsyical resistance plus the Ablative or Plated flags that will help greatly.
It sounds like you're fighting the one at the end of Riya's quest. Most of us are probably thinking of the one in Kara's second quest. The fights are different and it would have been nice to know which one you were fighting.
Sentry Drones are robots, and are thus auto-stunned by EMP Grenades, bought from Anno. You could also cheat in some EM Poppers. Normally, you can only buy them on Dhaal, but they should take down the Drones in 2 rounds at most.
If we're talking consumables, you could also look into Shield Booster Mark II for an extra 100 Shields and Healing Poultice for 75 health (once/fight). Both can be legitimately obtained at your point in the game. Vi in Gildenmere and Nenne on Uveto, respectively.

Ironically, it was the Riya fight juggernaut that taught me how to fight the other one yet to come (and by fight, i mean tease the living f**k out of it) Since the tactic works well enough on both.
