How do I get to Vesperia?

1) Go to Tarkus, Sit on Del's Face, talk to Carver, tell her to release him/slavery is bad. Leave tarkus, then wait 7 days, get email to go there.

2) Get Kiro's relationship to 100, and you get an email. But you have to have a penis for this to happen.

3) Do the Kashima Incident, which requires halloween to be active by using 'tistheseason'.

4) Go with Krissy; on Christmas (holiday like Kashima), you get an event when entering your ship, a hitchhiking reindeer girl.

Kashima incident has a chance to happen outside of the holiday season as well, fwiw. It's just 100x less likely (25% chance to .25% chance)

You can also tell Carver to feminise him fully. DON'T tell her to leave him as he is, because then Kally won't have the opportunity to buy out his contract (which is how he gets to Canadia Station in the first place).

Having a penis is certainly not optional. If it is, then it was silently changed at a point after I grumbled vocally about it on Discord. I know for a fact that, at a point, you would never get the email to go there without one. Was probably a bug. Don't remember if the scenes attached to the email chain + events required the PC to be a dick-haver.

How do I get to Vesperia?

TECHNICALLY the only way to get to Vesperia is by completing the Kashima Incident, then meeting CWO Ushamee Neykkar on Canadia Station (the actual explorable location above the planet), and then going on a date with her. She'll take you down planetside and you can go to a sportsball game or go sightseeing.

I don't understand why it would require a penis in the first place: Kiro's just meeting her sister and wants a good friend to be with her when she does so, and isn't planning on doing anything sex-related (thus making Steele's genital configuration a non-issue). The only penis-wielder-exclusive content of Kiro's I can think of are some of her sex scenes, though one of them (the furry herm orgy) is gated behind an email. Maybe you were confusing the two? If not, I apologise, but that's the only reason I can think of.
