How do I solve the door puzzle? Both the Lapis and the Jade have the same phase "Pearl is southeast of me."

Well, they are not lying. Ask yourself what position lapis and jade would be for pearl to be southeast of them?

With those sorts of the puzzles the trick is to arrange all of them so that all of the statements are simultaneously true. If two have the same statement then look for other statements that reference them to get an idea of where they're supposed to be in relation to each other.
