Like the title, How do i unlock Ilaria's Bunny's bun & confectionary ? The wikia says that it's on tarvos - residential area, but it dont show

There isn't much of a time gap between them as much as "public builds come out once a month and backer builds come out whenever Fen feels like it."

SInce last public passed some time so I estimate roughly around 4-6 weeks from now could be the next public build. Or lil earlier if Fen will feel generous.

Well, Fen won't release it the moment the new month starts. Expect it in the ball-park of the first week of the month, if nothing goes wrong.

There was times when Fen wasn't releasing public at the month end/begining. On regular times when backer build commin often enough it would be month or so but if there would be not many backer ones that time can extend a little bit.
