How to trigger orc pregnancy good end

In the 0.3.49 patch notes this addition was mentioned: "There’s a new optional Good End if Infrith, Rags, and Hretha are all concurrently pregnant but Arona isn’t."

I've got it so all three of Infrith, Rags, and Hretha have their pregnancy CGs and I'm quite certain Arona isn't pregnant. I can't figure out how to actually trigger the good end scene, though. Any advice?

I'm not sure if it is but Arona on my playthroughs only asks about pregnancy for herself after Hretha gives birth the first time... after I impregnated her the second time, I then did Rags and Infrith at the same time.. it worked for me then.

I have sub Arona (post her fertility quest). When I saw that ending, I had heavily pregnant Hretha, Infrith, Rags and 4 bodyguards (prior to this I had them pregnant many times before). It happens in Foothills on orc camp tile (Arona not needed in party. You need to be 100% sure she isn't pregnant)

The requirement most people overlook is the bodyguards being pregnant.

Arona goes green with envy. (pun intended)
