How to save edit kiro?

1. Under the top set of tabs you should see a Character: drop-down menu.
2. Select Kiro, then go to the Perks tab and uncheck Ditz Speech.
This will cause her to revert to her normal interactions (and lose the name you gave her, if any) but she'll keep her portrait.
If you want to revert her portrait, you need to change her breast size. By default, Kiro has size 11 breasts (F). First growth sets her to 28 (J), second to 44 (MMM).
Her 'Po's Mods' topic reflects the current values of various statistics, so you can change to suit.
