How to meet Paige

According to the update log, Paige is in the residential area of Tavros. I cannot seem to find her though and the only place I can think to look is the north most area of the residential area. There is the option to knock on a door, but it always says "It wouldn't be a good idea to knock here at this time". Am I doing something wrong?

If I recall, she's supposed to be opposite Aina, but I'm not a backer so...

Yeah, Paige isn't in the Public build yet, but her studio is directly across from Aina's apartment.

So unless you're a Patreon backer, Paige simply isn't there yet.
