How to increase cum output without high refractory rate?

Just as the title says.

I don't want a high refractory rate (400% or less), but I want a cum output of around 30,000 (or higher) so I can fill a huge cum bubble in one blow. I know this is possible cause I did this a year or two ago, but I forgot how.

Anyone know how to do this?

1. Save-Scum Mino Charge. Capacity + Multiplier increase is a different effect than Refractory Rate, so it's possible to have one without the other. It's a high-tier effect, so you'll need to get most of the lower-tier transformations first for decent odds.

2. Accept the high Refractory Rate and save-scum Uthra+. The effects on the table are independent and it's possible to only get one effect.

3. Testicle Size and Count also influence output.

Use the Mindwash Visor close to Halloween and play the Nunnery Facefuck Massacre. First time through gets you the Face Fucker perk, and boosts your cum output. Does raise your Taint and Libido.
Subsequent playthroughs grant a smaller boost, but have the same Libido and Taint increases.
