How to get to Akane content

Hi Everyone, I only recently found out about the Akane content on the Fenoxo website because I've never run across it in the game. Could anyone point out how to start the encounter event to me? I checked the wiki but it's not really helpful in terms of starting the meet with the character. Thank you very much!

I think the beginning is on the lower right corner of tavros merchant level. You'll get a prompt on the corner tile saying something like "investigate"

Just be careful not to spoil anything for yourself unless of course you want to that is.
