How to get the horn of tides?

I'm basically blanking out right now, but I forgot how do I get the horn of tides

Like I know I finished the winter wolf quest, I don't know about the temple of challenge. But I'm really blanking on how to get it, and I'm already thinking of starting a fresh save because of it.

I'll put my save right here somewhere.

So I tried speaking to her and I'm still confused? Didn't get anything from her

You need to talk to Imora in order to get to the Temple of Challenge and you need to go there in order to get the Horn of Tides. If you completed Winter Wolf and talked to her, she should have told you that it's open and given you the option of going there immediately or waiting to do it later.

EDIT: Looking at your save it appears that you already did the Temple and didn't get the horn. You need to play the drums Aggressively in order to get it from the fight with Jotun Giant Dad.

So is it like, after doing the temple of challenge you will then get the horn of tides? Like do I still talk to Imora after being done with the temple of challenge?

During the dungeon itself you must play the drums aggressively. After winning the fight that happens directly afterwards you will get the horn. It's not a post quest reward from Imora.

I don't feel like restarting my 200+ day run. Ah well.

EDIT: If anyone knows how to use the console to restart the quest/change the flags/just add the horn into key items, then I would be immensely grateful.

but how do I do it if I'm using a direct dl or steam?

You don't, because the console is part of the browser and not the game. It is however trivially easy to transfer saves between the different versions should you need to mess around with console commands.

nevermind I saw someone in the forum say that one can use Notepad to edit the save file
