How to get Syri Coat?

I saw on the Wiki Syri has picture variations for wearing a coat, but couldnt find anything more about it. In my game she doesnt have on in her image, though her description does have one.

Anyone know the details behind this?

Is she wearing a Steele Tech Suit? You can ask her to change outfits.

If you did Syri Quest 2 and recruited her, she'll at least have the option available.

Im not seeing anything relating to the coat, just the steeletech outfit
