how to catfolk and human tf?

I dont know how I go about finding the tf items or events pls help

she also sells stuff to combine with the tfs to refine them


What I'm not sure about though, is whether the catfolk TF is supposed to make a neko or a full on anthro cat... Using it on my catfolk character doesn't seem to do anything, so I'm leaning towards "neko".

How do you get a penis on a female character? Is that not implemented yet? Cause I'm just super confused on how to do that.

You'll have to bum around the Foothills and pray that you'll find a blue egg. The rng for finding one is kind of crap, once it took about 20 in game days to get one. After you find one, go to the alchemist shop and buy a turgid mushroom and combine it with the blue egg. Finally, use your newly created dick potion to live out your futa fantasies.
