It's called save scumming. Just save everytime you win, reload when you don't smileyface.
"The cards are in her favour", well duh, its a casino. The odds are always against you in a casino. Learn how to play Blackjack and learn how to not lose too badly.
Code-wise it's completely neutral and unbiased. If you're on the losing streak then it is poor luck, nothing more.

Code-wise, she's actually slightly more lenient than other dealers; she stands at 16 rather than 17.
It's a scam! Your winning streaks will always end early because Roo will wind up getting off to it and close for the day. Really quite the brilliant strategy if you ask me.
