How to be infertile?

Apologies if this has already been posted, I couldn't find anything XD;;

I've come back to playing CoC for the first time in yeeeeaaars, and I don't remember how I can make my character infertile. Right now she's pregnant via Cotton at the gym, and while I don't know what to do about that other than to just go through with it, I would like to avoid her getting pregnant in the future.

Is this a perk? Or maybe a potion I need to find?

Oooohh, okay. I've fought her a few times, but never found her dungeon. I'm only level 6 right now XD;;

If I remember it correctly, and thanks to how it's mostly empty, you can traverse the dungeon and take the brown pill shortly after starting a new game and correctly answering Sanura's riddles.

Where do I even find the dungeon? Just keep checking out the desert until I happen to run into her?
