I've been trying many times with many different PCs to see if i can get it, with no sucess on any of them. I tried the wiki but it doesn't say anything about it either. Any help?

You mean the Carrie/Cora one?
If that's the case, you need pheromones on your character, this can be gotten from the 'Pheromone Cloud' perk, you can also get access through wearing Allure on your character, which allows you to access the scene without getting treated.
Oh, and you need a dick.
