How The Fuck do you get to the Chicken Harpy?

Alright, so recently, I want to get the large white eggs to get fuckable nipples from the Chicken Harpy but I have no idea how to get to her. I've explored the High Mountain over 20 times right now and it always leads to either Basilisk, Harpy and Sophie encounters, that cave with the Oni, or the Shark Harpy thing. I'm only level 6, so do I have to be a certain level before I can meet the Chicken Harpy?

Took a little bit, man running high mountains at lvl 6 is a bit tougher than i remember, found her lvl 6 with 5 ovipotions in inventory.
