How rare is Amber?

I just got the zheng shi and got the taur gear, and now Amber absolutely won't appear :/

Not very rare, I find her most in the souther part of the jungle and near the entrance (of the southern path). I'm not sure if thats her spawn place, but that seems to be where I encounter her most

She is, absolutely speaking, one of the rarest encounters in all areas (except for the vanae area, where she can't be encountered at all). However, her encounter rate can be increased to a similar level to other encounters by having the Mare Musk or Cum Soaked status effects, or having a vagina with a wetness of at least 4.
