How on earth do I get the 4th bothrioc quadomne to show up?

I've found 3 and the 4th just isn't showing. All I get are the Sky mother, ganrael and alpha

Oh and how do I get through the slimy passage?

The fourth one shows up at a fixed location near the fast travel point, and only once you've gotten the pheromonal suppressant (or its fake version) from Lessau or Haswell. The slimy passage is a Silly Mode exclusive.
