How does one sign into their Fenoxo Account when playing coc2?

The title, I'm signed into my account, yet when I play the browser version it says I'm not.

Your message board account and your fenoxo.com website account are separate things. Furthermore, if you're not a backer and/or haven't synced a backer account on Patreon/Substar/etc. to your fenoxo.com website account, you won't get backer benefits there anyway, even if you do sign in.

Do those cover it, or is it a different issue?
