How do you fix the Psi Amp?

I somehow JUST discovered the Psi Amp thing from Kara and Zaalt(I've made dozens of PCs at this point)... So I'm wondering if there is actually somewhere I can go to have it fixed and so I gain Psionic powers(im assuming thats what it does/will do).
I searched a bit in forums but nothing came up....so....I'm guessing the answer to my question is painfully obvious, or I'm just really bad at using search bar/engine thingys. Either way, I'd be nice to get an answer without having to search in-game for it for a while

Well "never" is certainly incorrect; Soon™ is more accurate, with Soon™ meaning we're likely a year or two away.

Psychic powers for PC haven't been implemented, *yet*. Sell it off for some quick skrilla and buy yourself a weekend of throbb abuse or drinks with Kiro, etc.

You could always save edit it back later if and when it's pertinent. ^.^

that sucks...well....when it is added, I hope Frosty gets expanded on a bunch too, cause you know.....Psionic dragon that even has a scene mentioning teaching PC to use psionics...
