How do you beat Lyla when you spar with her?

Every time I spar with her, she always kicks my ass. Even when I set it to Story difficulty, I'm still having trouble her, and only time I did beat her was through pure luck. Is it meant be this crueling?

It's supposed to be a hard fight intended for Level 6+. If you have a physically-oriented Champ, having a setup that can't be completely neutered by Disarmed is a good idea. She's also weaker to magic than to other things.

Equilibrium makes you immune to disarms.

Normal attack until I get a crit
