How do tail genitals (non parasitic) work?

Say you use Tentatool to gain a penis tipped tentacle tail, then use... let's say Reptilium to change it to a lizan tail with a dick hidden away in the tip.

My questions are:
-Can they be used as you would your normal genitalia?
-Does the tail create it's own sperm, is it linked to your actual testes somehow, or neither?

For a parasite you get parasite sperm for a non presumably your own sperm.

If you mean can they replace a normal dick for smut scenes requiring a dick then no.

I recently rolled a half-lethian char which I've modded with a couple dicks and some Gryvain bits, so she's a hermy dragon-taur... thing, and figured a tail-cock could be a interesting thing to add, as this is a bit of a "what the hell, why not?" character to begin with.
