Well, there is an option as I remember. If you meet her with her piercings and a bottle of the Bimbo Liquer, she'll offer to trade.

Scene requirements:
Level 2 or higher.
Her piercing.
Every 30th Mountains visit.

She'll offer a trade. If you have Bimbo Liquor in the inventory then one of the options would be to remove all piercings. But since she won't use it for a good cause, it may be not a best way to do it for a good champion.
