So, as the title suggests, I'm confused as to how image packs work in this game. I downloaded the offline version of the game, got the image pack and a separate flash player called 'swf file player'. When I load the game through that it just shows the same image options as the mobile version. Am I doing something wrong?

You need only imagepack version and suitable flash player.
It have button for showing big busts and have pics in some text scenes.
