So I've been trying to get the Republic Dildo from Lys (Gold Myr Deserter) and I don't really know how to, the wiki just says I can get it but it doesn't say how specifically and I can't find anything else telling me how to obtain it so if anyone knows how, please tell me.

I have done the Sit'n'Screw scene but it still says I don't know if she even has one. Must be a bug on my end or something?
