How do I get out of the hangar area in Tarkus? (JS version 0.69.420-PUBLIC#1897)

Im at tarkus on a new character, and I can't go down the stairs to get into the city. is this a bug or am I missing something?

The buttons to move up/down stairs, lifts etc. have, for the most part, been moved to the sidebar. They still have the same hotkeys they did in Flash (i.e. Q and E).
