How do I change Cait's Witch Gear outfit, powers, and art back to her default?

Is there any way to have Cait switch from the Witch Gear outfit back to her default Passion Priestess Garb? I want her original powers back (Spirit Veil, Heal, White Fire, Sun of Jassira) and the original art of her back on the party sidebar. I can't find anywhere to switch the outfits out.
