So I lost my save and all of my progress, but restarting, I've found that I have less semen than I did in the old save. How do I get back to 137 from 61?

If you want to change Cum Capacity without affecting ball size you would want to increase
One of the best ways to do this is with Vaush's Virility Booster which can boost it by 10 up to 25 (The wiki says it can boost it up to 50 but I could only get it to 25).
Be careful though, each Virility Booster gives you 3 corruption. (So make sure to Cloister or ask Zo to reduce corruption)

Fucking the tainted witch doesn't give the Messy Orgasm Perk it actually just increases pc.cumMultiplerRaw by 0.5.
You can get the Messy Orgasm Perk with Incubus Cum + Musky Sap.
