How can I remove horns?

I want to play a Treated pure centaur. Human Treats can remove most of the bovinity granted by the Treatment while keeping the other effects, but they don't seem to work on horns. Is there a way to remove the head ornaments as well?

Keep trying with terran treats, because it got rid of my character's horns.

Horse Pill, Terran Treat, and Kerokora venom get rid of horns.
