How can I re-encounter the Queen of the deep using minerva?

I was wondering how to re-encounter the queen as well as Taivra and the Goo Incubator, if someone could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

Flags are not present for those encounters from what I recall. So you can't re-encounter them.


Someone correct me on this if i'm wrong.

Delete the QUEEN_OF_THE_DEEP_ENCOUNTERED flag and have at least one pregnancy free butt/vagina.
