How can I re-encounter the Queen of the deep using minerva?

I was wondering how to re-encounter the queen as well as Taivra and the Goo Incubator, if someone could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

Delete  QUEEN_OF_THE_DEEP_ENCOUNTERED in your save file. It should be under flags. Try not to already be pregnant.
