Hotaru's pregnancy

So i went to visit Hotaru and did a scene where I think she was in heat, and was prompted to help her, so i did, I dunno if I halucinated this, but did I just impregnate another kitsune woman, cuz I think this is like my fourth time, after: Miko then Rindo, then Kohaku, now its Hotaru, could someone confirm if this is true, like if this is really happening.

You're not crazy--Hotaru is dramatic and loves playing up that part of heat. However, Hotaru pregnancy is not in game. Her creator hasn't ruled pregnancy out completely, but if it ever happens it won't be anytime soon.
