I accept and implement all advices from my fans,if you got some ideas for the game to make it more deep.
Just keep in mind is a porn game so like woman shemales get oversexualized too.
Well I don't recommend to implement all advices... It can end in a real mess. However I recommend that you answer for yourself the following questions while doing the game (it's not necessary answering it here, except the fetishes, it's what always call people to a certain game):
Main character:
-Do they have family?, if yes do they accept her as a shemale? and will the game have incest?
-Your character has a sexuality?, does she prefer boys or girls?, will it be possible to have a non shemale girlfriend/boyfriend?
-Is your character a slut? Can she be loyal to her shemale girlfriend? Will the game have corruption?
-Can your character develop fetishes? in fact what are the expected fetishes? will you be able to be a "dominating shemale" or a submissive one?
-Will the game have bad endings?
-You start already on a relationship?
This type of questions is what determines what you want to do with the game. From that point you can accept advice form your fans.
Example in general lines:
-MC has a family formed by her mother, father and older sister, only her mother is a bit supportive, even if she doesn't understand why you decided to be a shemale, your sister feels shame because of you and in fact she shows it quite easily and your father is even worse. Because of this situation you are living alone for now
-You don't truly know how it started, in fact you just started to feel unhappy with your body and that's why you became a shemale, but it's not because of sexuality, in fact you are bisexual having no problems with either sex.
-Your personality is quite proud for now, you don't accept sex easily and you want to enter into a relationship before doing it.
This is an easy example, because you create this then you can give the attitude to the family, friends, character...
