basically I don't know how to unlock it and it's not on the wiki please help if you can

Have you met Cynthia in the Freezer? She's the Minotaur lady.

 

[Couch]

Head over to the Freezer whenever it's night, i.e. when you can't access the gangbang option at Steele Biomedical. You'll be able to tell at a glance if the tile is blank rather than having the person icon. At the Freezer among the various random encounters will be a minotaur-girl and a wolfman. Talk to each and their custom transformatives will be added to Lessau's inventory.
