Got the drive to give it a go and create a hip size tf mod, start small, figure out how to phrase things, ect ect. But my memory is terrible, and I've a nagging feeling someone already has this in the works. Searching hip/hips ... you get a good 10+ page result. So I want to clear up this nagging in my head and check first.
